In 2000, Scott formed MDabroad as the first comprehensive international provider network and claims clearinghouse. Over the past decade, he has developed innovative financial models for international health transactions and reduction in cost of claims for providers and payers.
Scott’s innovative approach to finance resulted in a winning formula for international medical revenue-cycle management cycle for hospitals in Latin America and in the Company’s flagship “pre-funding product”, a non-banking, off-balance sheet, finance mechanism that bridges traditional provider-payer financial challenges.
Scott's role in the Company consists of executive leadership as President and CEO, as well as financial leadership as CFO and Chief Funding Officer of the pre-funding division. Scott holds a degree from Cornell University in Hospitality Administration and 15 years of experience in the international healthcare industry.

Peter is a Founding Partner of MD Capital Solutions. He also serves as a Director of Septima Capital Partners and ERG Asset Management (previously Edex Recovery Solutions) having more than 15 years of experience in investment management; cross border transactions; international corporate finance; mergers and acquisitions; and general corporate law, with particular in-country expertise in Colombia and Mexico.
Prior to MD Capital Solutions, he served as ABL Portfolio Manager and legal counsel for a LATAM focused ABL Fund, managing the divestiture of a $150M portfolio of illiquid assets. Prior to that, Peter served as General Counsel to U.S. and LATAM focused hedge funds and financial institutions. Peter began his career practicing with a boutique law firm specializing in offshore variable insurance products and later at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP where he represented U.S. and non U.S. investment advisers and private and international investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, mezzanine funds, emerging market funds and non-U.S. mutual funds. Peter holds a BS in Managerial Economics from the University of California at Davis, a JD from Golden Gate University School of Law and an MBA from the Thunderbird School of International Management.

Stephen is an attorney with over 15 years of experience counseling entrepreneurs and start-up, small and mid-sized companies in general business and corporate matters including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, strategic alliances, corporate finance, technology law and commercial transactions. He is currently General Counsel of MD Capital Solutions and Managing Partner at Florida Venture Lawyers.
Previous to joining MD Capital Solutions and establishing the Florida Venture Lawyers law firm, Stephen was a partner at Bilzen, Sumberg, Baena, Price and Axelrod LLP in Miami. He was also a member of the Morgan Lewis and Bockius Corporate Practice Group and Ruden McClosky. Stephen holds a BA in Mass Communication from the University of South Florida and a JD from the University of Miami School of Law.
